Look for the helpers

If I’m honest with myself I think I’ve been a helper since I was a young child. The drive to help my family led me to my studies in medicine, but it wasn’t until I was treating patients that I realized what I want to do is help people: my children, your children, in particular people who lack the advocacy they need.
